i like the silhouette of the people in the photos, and not how it's like specific faces. c=really creative, I would have never thought to do something like this good job :)
The simple composition of the photos forces the viewer to engage at a deeper level which I think works well. The last photo definitely introduces an unexpected element which works to make the sequence less predictable. The anonymity of the diver is allows the audience to do some creative thinking of their own.
